Bradford F. Kirby
Brad graduated from the University of Baltimore School Of Law, magna cum laude, with a real estate concentration. Brad worked throughout law school for several different full service law firms, gaining experience in areas including creditors’ rights, commercial and consumer collections, insurance subrogation, employment law, general business litigation, and transactional law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a general civil litigation firm in Anne Arundel County for three years, focusing on business and contract disputes, contract drafting and transactional law, business formation and advising, HOA/condominium law, consumer protection litigation, and appellate litigation. Brad also managed the estate planning practice at his previous firm, advising clients, formulating estate plans and drafting a variety of estate planning documents.
Brad brought his experience across many legal disciplines to Eccleston & Wolf when he joined the firm as an Associate in June 2019, and his practice at the firm concentrates on the defense of professionals, including attorneys, architects and engineers, accountants, and real estate professionals; representation of professionals in administrative proceedings; Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), community organizations and management companies; general casualty and insurance defense matters; providing coverage opinions for insurance companies; and defense of claims under state and federal consumer protection statutes.
