Jana T. Cook

Jana is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. She joined Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate after working as an Associate at a community associations law firm.  During law school, Jana was a student member of the Women’s Bar Association and the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. Jana also worked as a Law Clerk at a prominent personal injury firm in Baltimore throughout law school.

Jana’s practice largely involves insurance defense litigation and general business disputes, and focuses on Commercial General Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Employment Matters, Wage & Hour/FLSA Claims, Construction Disputes, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies and other errors and omissions liability matters. Jana also defends personal injury claims and related matters that involve serious personal injury and/or significant property damage.
