Madeline Perez

Madeline began her career at Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate after working as a law clerk in private practice. She received a corporate and business law certificate from Rutgers Law School. She also was a student attorney in the Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic and the Civil Practice Clinic. Her practice areas include professional malpractice defense, including the defense of attorneys, architects, engineers, accountants, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), community organizations and management companies, and real estate professionals. She also has a substantial defense practice in employment matters and general liability cases.
