Nicholas E. Vogt
Nick is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of Maryland School of Law. During law school, Nick was the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, a member of the Moot Court Board, an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law, and a Rule 19-217 Attorney in the Small Business & Community Equity Development Clinic. He joined Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gregory Sampson of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
Nick’s litigation practice focuses on the defense of lawyers, health care professionals, directors and officers, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies, employment matters, professional malpractice defense, products liability defense, premises liability defense and general casualty matters.
