Robert E. Steininger

Robert Steininger is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating from law school, Robert clerked for the Honorable Judge Cynthia H. Jones sitting on the Circuit Court of Baltimore City. During law school, Robert was a student attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic, Managing Editor for the Journal of Internation Law, served as President of OUT Law, and was a grant recipient from the University of Baltimore Students for Public Interest. Robert joins Eccleston and Wolf as an associate after working for many years representing children in foster care in Children in Need of Assistance matters as well as representing families in family law matters. Most recently, Robert joins Eccleston and Wolf after working at a law firm representing defendants in landlord/tenant matters.   

Robert’s practice focuses on the defense of general insurance matters, automobile torts, premises liability matters, product liability matters, employment law matters, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), community organizations and management companies, land use/zoning litigation and local government litigation defense.
