Rob joined Eccleston & Wolf in January 2020 and serves as one of the firm’s principal attorneys. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was the managing member of Hickey & Gittins, LLC, which later merged with Garson Law, LLC. Rob’s practice largely involves insurance defense litigation and general business disputes, and focuses on Commercial General Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Employment Matters, Wage & Hour/FLSA Claims, Construction Disputes, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies and other errors and omissions liability policies of insurance. Rob also defends personal injury claims and related matters that involve serious personal injury and/or significant property damage. Rob was selected as one of Maryland’s and Washington, DC’s Super Lawyers in 2021.
