Bill joined Eccleston and Wolf in 1997 after completing an appellate clerkship with the Honorable John C. Eldridge in the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves as the resident supervising attorney in the firm’s Fairfax, Virginia office. During his tenure with the firm, Bill has handled civil litigation matters in a variety of practice areas, including the defense of professionals, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), community organizations and management companies, commercial litigation, and the defense of claims involving serious personal injury and/or significant property damage. He has defended personal injury and property damage claims against condominium associations, health clubs, bars and restaurants. In addition, Bill has represented employers in employment practices liability claims such as discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour claims and other human rights and employment-related claims. He also concentrates in providing coverage opinions to insurance company clients and representing those clients in coverage disputes.
