Zoe R. Shir

Zoe joined Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate. Before joining the firm, Zoe worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Danya A. Dayson in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Zoe graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Zoe served as a student attorney in the Disability Rights Law Clinic, was the Moot Court Honor Society president, and was a senior staffer on the American University Law Review. Additionally, Zoe worked for the Office of the Attorney General in their Public Safety Division Juvenile Section.

Zoe’s litigation practice concentrates on professional liability defense, general liability, casualty, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies, premises liability, attorney discipline and grievance matters, and employment claims.
