Abby joined Eccleston and Wolf as an associate in August 2015, after working as a criminal defense and family law attorney at a regional law firm. Abby’s practice focuses in the areas of professional malpractice, premises liability, and general liability defense, which has included cases involving the representation of lawyers, health care practitioners, engineers, architects, property managers, landowners, and motor vehicle operators/owners. Abby also represents attorneys in professional disciplinary matters before the District of Columbia Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
