Erin has been with Eccleston and Wolf since she started as a law clerk in 2005. She is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and a Principal in the firm. Erin concentrates her practice on the defense of professionals including attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and accountants. She also represents attorneys in disciplinary matters before the Attorney Grievance Commission and regularly provides ethics advice to her clients. Erin defends employers in employment related matters including discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. She also handles the defense of general casualty and premises liability matters. Erin lectures on risk management issues for attorneys and other professionals throughout the State.
