On June 15, 2017, Eccleston & Wolf attorney Erin Risch spoke at the Maryland State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in Ocean City. The presentation entitled “FACEBOOK FOLLIES (AND OTHER CAUTIONARY TALES FOR LAWYERS USING SOCIAL MEDIA)” was sponsored by the Professionalism Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association and offered ethics guidance and risk management tips to lawyers using social media. In addition to Ms. Risch, the panel included Judge John P. Morrissey, Chief Judge, District Court of Maryland; Lydia E. Lawless, Esq., Recently named Bar Counsel of Maryland; Jennifer L.
