The D.C. Defense Lawyers Association (“DCDLA”) held its Annual Ethics CLE on January 16, 2020.  Eccleston and Wolf principal Justin Flint, along with colleagues Channing Shor, Abby Franke, and Gregory Sussman, hosted and lead the presentation.  They were joined by speakers Lydia E. Lawless, Bar Counsel for the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission, and Myles Link, Senior Assistant Disciplinary Counsel for the District of Columbia.  The title of the CLE was Be a World Series Champion of Ethics in honor of The Nationals’ World Series victory in 2019.  The topics focused on ethics updates in Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland.  The CLE was a success with approximately 35 DCDLA members in attendance.  Abby is the current Treasurer of the DCDLA and Justin is a current Board Member and a past President.
