On June 26, 2025, Eccleston & Wolf attorney Bill Mitchell co-presented a risk management seminar and training to a regional law firm. representation, and managing client expectations; (iii) proactively addressing and mitigating client communication issues and problems; and (iv) ethical pitfalls associated with the use of generative Artificial Intelligence in civil litigation.
