Casualty

One of the fastest areas of growth at Eccleston & Wolf has been its casualty practice. Whether pre-suit or during ongoing litigation, we pride ourselves on our aggressive and cost-efficient approach towards complete defense of a matter, from investigation through trial and appeals. To this end, we represent self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in claims involving motor vehicle accidents, construction disputes and defects, uninsured and underinsured claims, and business and property owner liability.

We are experienced in claims involving minor accidents, such as automobile collisions, slip and fall allegations, construction site accidents and other general premises liability claims, to the representation of similar insureds in major catastrophes involving serious bodily injury claims and wrongful death allegations. Our representation covers litigation in the state and federal courts of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as in mediation, arbitration, and other means of alternative dispute resolution.
