Eccleston and Wolf is regularly involved in construction-related litigation and pre-suit matters, including the representation of architects, engineers, surveyors, and other design professionals, as well as the representation of general contractors and subcontractors.  The firm’s representation has included the defense of alleged errors and omissions in the design and/or construction of all types of structures and involved claims for economic loss, personal injury, property damage and delay damage arising out of either the construction process or the finished product.
